I’m an occasional performer – usually, if I’m on stage, it’s because I’m reading my own spoken word poetry, or extracts of my larger theatre works such as 16 & Rising. I was listed in The Irish Times round-up of the best spoken word poetry in 2017, which you can see here. Nifty.

Under duress, I will take acting parts. Namely, I performed in the incredible Oisin McKenna’s play Gays Against the Free State! in the Tiger Dublin Fringe 2016, which was nominated for a Critic’s Choice Award, and I recently performed in artist Kevin Gaffney’s film Far from the Distance of the Sun, currently in post-production.
