I’m an occasional performer – usually, if I’m on stage, it’s because I’m reading my own spoken word poetry, or extracts of my larger theatre works such as 16 & Rising. I was listed in The Irish Times round-up of the best spoken word poetry in 2017, which you can see here. Nifty.

Under duress, I will take acting parts. Namely, I performed in the incredible Oisin McKenna’s play Gays Against the Free State! in the Tiger Dublin Fringe 2016, which was nominated for a Critic’s Choice Award, and I recently performed in artist Kevin Gaffney’s films Far from the Distance of the Sun, and Expulsion.

For upcoming gigs, workshops and public occasions that you can watch me sweat profusely from my palms, check out the Events page!
